I spend a week in Grenada for business every year. I arrived a day earlier than expected, late at night and feeling stressed and tired. The mix-up was due to me changing dates, as a result of an airline strike. My room was not available, but the lady in the office was very helpful and another room was found with the promise that I could move to my reserved room the next day. However, the room I was given was just fine for me (superior to what I had reserved) and I ended up staying there. This was my third visit to the Siesta and I have always found the staff extremely helpful and any little issue has been dealt with immediately. The rooms are clean and there is regular housekeeping from very pleasant ladies. Though an independent operation, having the restaurant/cafe on the premises is a big plus for me. All together a great reasonably priced place to stay. I will definitely be back next year and hopefully for several years to come.
